Master Planner
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Develop an accurate logic with attainable duration & dates in the Master Schedule
Update contract milestones, prepare project progress reports, weekly accomplishment reports and status of critical path
Work side by side with multi-discipline engineers and contractors in monitoring the schedules, productivity and progress trend
Analyze catch-up quantities and schedules
Recommend approval of Extension of Time claim by contractor
Prepare budgets and cost estimation
Evaluate subcontractors billing, variation orders etc.
Expedite all shipment and deliveries
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in large scale projects
Experience in overseas projects will be preferred
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner, etc
Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
Willing to travel and station overseas (North Africa and Middle East)
Malaysians are welcomed to apply
