We are a Singapore mainboard listed company with principal activities in investment holding, wholesale distribution of food and allied fast moving consumer goods, food manufacturing, retailing, food court management and property investment. We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy in our recently set up fund management operations based in Singapore.
FUND MANAGER
(Singapore - Based in Shenton Way, Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be mainly involved in a variety of activities related to the role including investment research, fundamental analysis of equities, M&A evaluation and investor relations in relation to the real estate industry.
Requirements:
A Degree in Business or Finance. An additional professional certification in a relevant area (e.g. CFA) would be an advantage.
5 years of relevant working experience in the above-mentioned areas. Prior working experience should be in Singapore or a jurisdiction with a sound regulatory regime in relation to fund managers.
Fulfils the requirements of a "fit and proper" person – this refers to fulfilling the requirements of honesty, integrity and reputation; competence and capability; and financial soundness.
An ability to speak Mandarin and read Chinese is essential.
